　　小学英语面试题型以听说课为主，中学面试题型则以听说课和阅读课为主。需要指出的是：英语试讲须全英教学，这不仅体现了英语的学科性质，更对面试者提出了更高的要求。另外，英语开场白可设为：Good morning/Good afternoon! Dear judges/teachers. I’m the candidate NO.6, applying for primary/junior/senior school English teacher.在试讲开始前，可先写上课题(Today，my topic is......, now, class begins.);或热身导入后再转身板书试讲题目。下面以一篇初中英语阅读课为例，详细说明试讲流程。

　　试讲前：Today, my topic is Birthday food Around the world (转身板书课题)Now, class begins.

　　Step 1: Lead-in

　　Free talk: Have you had a Birthday party? How did you celebrate your birthday?

　　T: Good morning, class! Before our class, let’s have a free talk! Everyone has a birthday, right? Could you tell me what did you do on your birthday party?

　　S: Eat birthday cakes.

　　S: I had ten candles, because I was 10 years old.

　　Ask students to read the passage quickly and try to get the main idea of the reading material.

　　T: Okay, guys, time’s up. Who can tell me how many parts does this passage have?

　　S: Three parts.

　　T: Great!

　　Part 1(para.1): Birthday foods are different in different countries.

　　Part 2(paras. 2-3): Different countries have different birthday foods, for example, China and UK.
