　　1. If give you a job , you feel disappoint , how do you deal with it ? (如果给你一份工作,但你感到失望,你怎么处理?)

　　We might be able to encounter with different kinds of contradictions in our work , therefore , when we meet these emergencies , we should keep calm in order to find out the proper way to deal with them. If give me a job ,and when I feel disappointed , I will manage it as follows :

　　Firstly , I will think carefully about the job and then put forward my thoughts to my leader , tell him why I feel disappoint about it and mak my suggestions.

　　Secondly , I will accept the job if the leader insists on doing this work with out violating the rules.And I will communicate fully with my leader to have a good understanding of his intentions.At the same time , I wil ltry my best to rule out personal resistance to get the job done.

　　Last but not least , I will oppose the job ift he work violates laws or regulations. I will explain these riousconsequences of the job and try my best to convince the leader so as to make him give up the task.

　　2.Everyone has shortcomings , talk about your sand how to overcome them ? (每个人都有缺点,谈论你和如何克服它们?)

　　I have a short memory and some times I can't remember others ’ name ,which might make me run into awkwards it uation and impact my relationship with others.There for eIdetermined to over come it.

　　Firstly , make daily records.As the saying goes, good memory as bad written. I would always carry with notebook , and recorded other ’ s name and other important things.Sometimes I forgot to bring my notebook , I would use my mobilephone to record.Then I woul do often review it so as to get things done and help to improve my memory.

　　Secondly , keep attention.Iwould try to concent rate and avoid mental distraction , eliminating outside interference.And I would meditate a few times in my heart so as to enhance memory.

　　Thirdly , do some conducting behavioral training.I would improve memory with appropriate training , doing some games an dexercise that help to exercise memory. In this way , the cerebral cortex is activated , so that my memory could be effectively improved.

　　Through these methods , now Ican remember the names of others easily. In addition , my memory is effectively improved by training.
 

　　3.How do banks use modern technology to improve publicservice ? (银行如何利用现代技术改善公共服务?)

　　As far as I am concerned , modern technology has injectedvitality into financial development , optimized the efficiency offinancial resource allocation , and improved the customer experience.Theever-changing financial technology methods are becoming an important kinetic energy that stimulates the banks to improve the quality offinancial services.

　　Firstly , provide precise services.Banks can collect and organize customer information , and use big data analysis to establish analytical models , predict and judge customers' interests , hobbies , and purchasing power ,and recommend financial services and products based on comprehensive analysis.

　　Secondly , improve th eefficiency offinancial services.Through the application of cutting-edge technologies in the fields of smart devices , digital media , human compute r interaction and big data analytics , banks have es-tablished self-service smart devices such as mobile banking , online banking , and smart tell ermachines.On the one hand, we can enable customers to obtain financial services anytime and anywhere , improve service efficiency and save customer time.On the other hand , banks can improve financial service coverage and enable customers in remote areas to enjoy financial services equally.

　　Thirdly , ensure the safety ofc ustomer information and property.Relying on the use of artificial intelligence and big data technology , it can break the information barrier of the industry , realize the automatic correlation andanalysis of multi-scene data information , and combine relevant data analysis models to actively identify illegal activities such as money laundering , illegalfund-raising　, and telecomfraud.At the same time , with the help of technology , these curity of information systems can be improved to ensure these curity of custome rinformation and property.
