    Part B Let’s learn & Let’s do部分

    (备注:此部分为2013年安徽省合肥市包河区小学英语面试考试内容)

    1. Greeting

    Good morning, class. How are you today? Oh, very good. I see all of you are very glad today. I hope you can enjoy your class with me.

    2. Lead-in

    Sing a song: look, look, look. What’s this? What’s this? It’s a pig. Oink oink oink. What’s that? What’s that? It’s a cat. Meow meow meow.

    3. Presentation:

    Look at me. I have a long nose. Who am I ?

    I have big eyes. I am black and white. Who am I ?

    Do you like the zoo? What animals can we see in the zoo?

    Yes, we can see… (自然地过渡到本课动物类的新授单词)

    4. Practice:

    4.1 boys and girls, we know so many animal friends. Now, listen to the tape carefully. What animals can you hear? (play the recording of some animals’ voice and ask students to guess)

    4.2 Now, a big surprise for you! Our animal friends are coming to the class; can you guess who they are? (Show some parts of the picture of the animal and invite students to guess it, e.g. Show the tail of an elephant). Our animal friends are very nice, and they hope we can join their dancing party. Let’s have a try. Are you ready? (Students imitate the action of different animals according to the instruction given by the teacher)

    4.3 oh, all of you really enjoy it. Wonderful! I like rabbit and elephant. What about you?can you discuss with your partner and then share with us? (Students discuss with partners and present their talk in front of the class).

    5. Consolidation: Match and say

    Boys and girls, please bring the picture out. (Those pictures about animals are drawn by students in advance). Now let’s cut it into two parts. Then choose two of them to form a new animal. Wow, look! What’s this? Yeah, it has a head of a cat and with a body of a tiger. Maybe we can call it a cat-tiger. And it’s your turn to play this very interesting game with your partner. And I’ll be there to help you.

    6. Summary and homework

    Time is up, it’s so hard to say goodbye to you guys. Today, we have met so many nice animal friends and play some games together. After class, please collect some pictures about animals and bring it to the classroom next time to share it with us. Are you clear? Class is over. See you!
